Demand for Transparency in UPSC at all levels, including;
1. Release Answer Key of Pre before Main examination
2. Justice to victims of Ambiguity in CSE Pre 2017 (compensatory attempt in 2018, irrespective of age)
3. Justice to victims of CSAT (minimum 2 compensatory attempt to aspirants appeared between 2011-2015)
4. Equality to Regional Languages at par with English
5. One Nation, One Age Group for individual categories (if upper age limit for general category aspirants is 37 for domicile of J&K, then why 32 for rest of the country ?)
6. Age calculation from 1st January, instead of current practice of calculating age from 1st July
7. Transparency in Main examination w.r.t scaling, biasness towards particular subjects
8. Unbiased Personal Interview so that aspirants from rural and middle class background couldn't get eliminated in final selection because of elitist outlook of interview panel
9. Mechanism to educate aspirants about preparation of CSE so that they couldn't get exploited by mushrooming coaching institutes
10. Independent expert committee to review entire selection process to minimise bureaucratic interferences in selection process (there are instances that 3-4 members of a single family get selected in All India Services, while aspirants of poor/middle class background were given lowest marks in interview and thus they were either eliminated in interview or couldn't get selected for IAS/IPS/IFS and other esteemed services.
