हवा में ही तलाश कर लंगर डालना यानि "प्रोब और ड्रोग" एएआर पद्धति में असाधारण उड़ान कौशल की आवश्यकता होती है, क्योंकि ईंधन देने वाले विमान को ईंधन भरने वाले विमान के टैंकर के पीछे की टोकरीनुमा संरचना को तलाश कर उसमें सटीक तरीके से ईंधन डालना होता है।
एम्ब्रायर प्लेटफार्म पर पहली बार हवा से हवा में ईंधन भरा गया है।
ब्राजील में बने एम्ब्रायर-145 में AEW&C सिस्टम लगा है।
क्षेत्रीय द्रुत पारगमन प्रणाली (आरआरटीएस) Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) परियोजना को लागू
करने के लिए भारत-स्पेन समझौता।
भारत सरकार तथा उत्तर प्रदेश, राजस्थान, हरियाणा, और दिल्ली के संयुक्त उपक्रम राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र परिवहन निगम को राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र में रेल आधारित क्षेत्रीय द्रुत पारगमन प्रणाली (आरआरटीएस) का अभिकल्प, निर्माण, परिचालन तथा रखरखाव का कार्य सौंपा गया है।प्रथम चरण में तीन आरआरटीएस गलियारे: दिल्ली-मेरठ, दिल्ली-पानीपत तथा दिल्ली-अलवर स्मार्ट लाइन ।
दिल्ली-गाजियाबाद-मेरठ चालू किये जाने वाला पहला गलियारा होगा।
भारत में आरआरटीएस अपने प्रकार की पहली परियोजना होगी जिसमें रेलपथ, चल-स्टॉक तथा सिग्नल प्रणाली के लिए अत्याधुनिक प्रौद्योगिकी का प्रयोग कर 180 कि.मी प्रति घण्टा की गति की व्यवस्था होगी।

Cabinet approves setting up of National Nutrition Mission (NMM):
There are number of schemes but there is lack in creating synergy and linking between schemes to achieve common goal. NNM through robust convergence mechanism and other components will strive to create synergy. The NNM, as an apex body under Ministry of Women and Child Development will monitor, supervise, fix targets and guide nutrition related interventions across the Ministries. It will monitor various schemes contributing towards addressing malnutrition.

22nd Small Farmers’ Agri-Business Consortium (SFAC) held in New Delhi:
SFAC (1) an autonomous society promoted by Union Ministry of Agriculture, Cooperation and Farmers’ Welfare. (2) also registered as Non-Banking Financial Institution (NBFC) by Reserve Bank of India. (3) It's objective is to link small farmers to agricultural value chain, which includes investments, technology and markets in association with private, corporate or cooperative sector. (4) It also provides capital support in form of Venture Capital Assistance (VCA) and Project Development Facility (PDF) for economic inclusion of small and marginal farmers in agribusiness activities. (5) It also promotes farmer producer organisations (FPOs) and their integration in agriculture value chain. (6) It is entrusted with task of implementation of critically important Delhi KisanMandi and National Agriculture Market Scheme (NAM) on e-platform to progressively free agricultural trade and offer price discovery to farmers.
According to index of eight core industries released by Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Core sector growth has grown 4.7% in October 2017.
The eight core sectors — coal, natural gas, crude oil, refinery products, cement, fertilisers, steel and electricity.
The electricity has the maximum weight of 10.32% followed by Steel (6.68%), Petroleum Refinery (5.94%), Crude Oil production (5.22 %), Coal production (4.38 %), Cement (2.41%), Natural Gas production (1.71 %) and Fertilizer production (1.25%).
These eight Core Industries comprise nearly 40% of weight of items included in Index of Industrial Production (IIP), which measures factory output.

India-Spain ink Techno-commercial agreement for three RRTS corridors:
3 Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) corridors Delhi-Meerut Smart Line, Delhi – Panipat Smart Line and Delhi – Alwar Smart Line have been prioritised for implementation in the first phase.
RRTS is first of its kind project in India, with design speed of 180 kmph.
Delhi-Ghaziabad-Meerut corridor will be first corridor to be implemented.
National Capital Region Transport Corporation, a joint venture between Union Government and state governments of Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Haryana and Delhi is mandated to design, construct, operate and maintain rail based RRTS in National Capital Region (NCR).
